Our growing specialty is supplying fresh or frozen beef, pork and lamb directly to restaurants and groceries. We can provide quality meat in any form from full sides to primals to subprimals (“boxed beef”) down to retail-ready or portion cut individual pieces.
We deliver into the Madison area twice a week, and have other routes constantly developing. Our partner in Chicago, Natural Direct, picks up from us weekly. We can ship larger orders almost anywhere in the country if desired.
