Custom Meat Processing
Black Earth Meats is a classic meat locker, with on-site slaughter offering custom processing for beef, pork, buffalo, elk, farmed deer, sheep and goats. We offer dry-aging for steers, and basic cut-wrap-freeze processing. We are a USDA facility, and have our organic certification from the Iowa Department of Agriculture.
Our highly skilled personnel specially cut and process the meat-by hand-to meet your specifications. We pride ourselves in processing meat in the best quality fashion, the same way we would like it cut for our own families. All of our cuts are well trimmed, lean and healthy cuts are better than anything you would recieve on your plate from the best of restaurants.
Our processing procedure includes cutting, double-freezer wrapping and freezing. We take special care to insure your property is secure and processed in a clean environment by experienced professionals. No freezer order is too big or too small. Order beef sides, hind or front quarters, whole or half hogs cut, packaged for your family size and wrapped for the freezer.
We also accept and process deer along with other types of wild game during hunting season.
